Swiss Safe Access for Cannabinoids (SSAC) is a non-profit association whose main task is to reduce the risk of using cannabinoids in Switzerland.

The SSAC association pursues the following goals:

• Risk reduction when using cannabinoids in Switzerland.

 

• Dissemination of scientific information about the therapeutic uses as well as the pharmacological and toxicological properties (pharmacovigilance) of cannabinoids and other components of cannabis.

 

• Dissemination of scientific information on qualitative and quantitative analytical methods for the analysis of cannabinoids and other components of cannabis.

 

• Fighting the exclusion and stigma of people who could benefit from cannabinoids to improve their health.

 

• Promote access to health care and facilitate access to the use of cannabinoids in Switzerland.

 

• Cooperation with other associations, public and private organizations, independent common goals.
